Great company that you can count on.Serviced old GEO system since we bought our home.Home inspections company knew little about Geothermal systems.Really sad on this which is so important.Didn't know much about GEO myself and all went well.Didn't spend much on service. Became a ESP customer (service contract customer) and on what went bad they give you a great price on parts.Their Guys are great, well trained, polite, and everything really you should expect.The owners Son in-law knows hows to service and take a customers info to sales and make it good when their salesman fell down. He really did.On a customer who does research like I do,,,they came back and gave a great price on what a new system should cost.Install was great and we are taken care of.This is a great company people.I'm posting this to assure you and it does deserve recognition!Would consider myself a pretty tough customer holding to high standards with really competitive cost oversight.

Premiere was recommended to me by my neighbor when we needed to replace our downstairs HVAC unit but also install a Mini split system for our sunroom. As of 7/2019 a new unit for a new build. Have since had a minimum of 4 break downs with it. No true control, freezings of unit, control board, etc . Have asked for a new unit after 1st 2 service calls but continue to patch instead of replace. However service guys have been courteous and done what they have been told to do. If I had a choice I would never have used Premier! York builders in Athens uses them. You should request another company!

I have been using Premier Comfort to service my HVAC system for several years now and am very pleased with their level of service and value for my money. I usually have the same technician (at least I have for the last 2+ years) which is nice and better than seeing a new person each visit. They do my spring and fall maintenance and when I have needed them for emergencies they are very fast to respond. I would definitely recommend this company!

This company is wonderful and efficient. The lady in the office was very helpful and made sure I was able to be seen very quickly due to water leaking from the air unit onto the ceiling. Austin was my tech and he was kind and informative and took the time to explain everything to me in detail as well as show me what the issues were. Great service! I happily signed up for their bi-annual service plan so we can avoid future issues.

Had a great experience with Premier Comfort. Heather called me 30 minutes before their scheduled time to open. She took all my information and said she would call me back soon with a time that a technician would be able to come out. She called back quickly with a time window. Had a problem with my drain pan filling up. Called Premier Comfort Service at 8am. Got a callback 8:20 discussed my concerns received a 12-2pm service window. John arrived 12:20 fixed the problem in 30min. Great service and received a service agreement for two more visits at great price!!. Great job Premier, I definitely recommend if you have any AC or heating concerns.

I definitely recommend Premier Comfort. Had to have my 16 year old heat pump replaced and got a quote from my last service company. I called a couple of other companies and got a wide range of prices. When I contacted Premier, Brian gave me a straight forward preliminary quote at a fair price. Brian and John came to my house the very next day to look at the system and layout. He honored his quote price - no extra fees, no trying to upsell me. The crew came out last Wednesday morning and replaced the system. The techs were friendly, professional and efficient. Everything works great and just in time for Winter. Thanks Brian and John!
