Had a great experience with Premier Comfort. Heather called me 30 minutes before their scheduled time to open. She took all my information and said she would call me back soon with a time that a technician would be able to come out. She called back quickly with a time window. John Hayes showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired in a few minutes. Everything went awesome from the start. I've always wanted to find a honest and reliable HVAC company and now I have. They'll always get my business from now on. Thank You Premier Comfort

Excellent service from Heather and John! I was out of town for work and the other companies I called this past Saturday morning weren't available until Tuesday. Heather responded very quickly to my call and within 3 hours John was at the house. I'll definitely recommend them and use them again!

Had a problem with my drain pan filling up. Called Premier Comfort Service at 8am. Got a callback 8:20 discussed my concerns received a 12-2pm service window. John arrived 12:20 fixed the problem in 30min. Great service and received a service agreement for two more visits at great price!!. Great job Premier, I definitely recommend if you have any AC or heating concerns.

Great service from the ENTIRE team!!! I, unfortunately, lost two units in my home. My phone calls were answered by a real and caring person in the first few rings every time. My assessment and quote were delivered in a timely fashion and the service professionals were fantastic. They arrived on time, were knowledgeable, polite and worked hard to get two new units installed. This is a very well run company and I highly recommend Premier Air for all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs. You will be just as impressed as me.

This company is wonderful and efficient. The lady in the office was very helpful and made sure I was able to be seen very quickly due to water leaking from the air unit onto the ceiling. Austin was my tech and he was kind and informative and took the time to explain everything to me in detail as well as show me what the issues were. Great service! I happily signed up for their bi-annual service plan so we can avoid future issues.

Had a Air conditioner failure on Sunday. Mike Worsley from Premier Comfort had it repaired by the early PM on Monday. Very professional service tech. We just moved into our home and could not get one of our units to work. In addition to that someone did some subpar PVC work and I was unable to replace a filter in one unit due to the way the pipe was ran. Called up Premier Comfort Services and Michael came out. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job that exceeded our expectations. Replaced a thermostat, fixed that PVC so I could change my air filters and even changed all the filters in all three of our units. I took pics so I could post them that’s how impressive it was. Great customer service all around.

I definitely recommend Premier Comfort. Had to have my 16 year old heat pump replaced and got a quote from my last service company. I called a couple of other companies and got a wide range of prices. When I contacted Premier, Brian gave me a straight forward preliminary quote at a fair price. Brian and John came to my house the very next day to look at the system and layout. He honored his quote price - no extra fees, no trying to upsell me. The crew came out last Wednesday morning and replaced the system. The techs were friendly, professional and efficient. Everything works great and just in time for Winter. Thanks Brian and John!
