My husband found them on Facebook. We have been very happy with their services. We recently had moved into a brand new home and wanted to get a maintenance agreement with a company that would come out twice a year for spring and fall clean up ready for the hotter and colder seasons. They are excellent and called to remind us of the next maintenance service time! Would highly recommend them. Easy to get in touch with!
Gavyn came over to install a Nano Air Ionization into our ventilation system. He was on time, efficient and rapidlyhad the ionizer installed in our system. As it was installed earlier this afternoon we can't make any far-reaching claims about the unit's efficacy but the air is noticeably better already. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of the Premier Comfort Services staff.
My technician was Gavyn Swale. He was awesome. Explained everything to me in detail. He was very polite and friendly! I would definitely recommend him and the company for any HVAC services. The office lady was very nice early in the morning and their system is very efficient for last minute calls!
Gavin was super helpful and informative about any questions I had. Keeping my system up to date is so easy with Premier Comfort’s annual service plan, and Gavin was able to help me keep my home climate comfortable and allergen free with a whole house nano purifier.
Austin did a great job replacing our thermostats with Wi-Fi connected ones. Premier has been great to work with these past two years. They installed our system and have maintained it ever since. Always helpful and responsive.

Came home from out of town last night to AC not working. Premier was referred to me by my sister Tonya Smallwood. Called this morning & they set up a window between 12-5. Austin called before 12 & was in area so he came EARLY. VERY Professional, & nice. Got it fixed up & got me on a yearly service plan. Extremely happy with their service & relieved I now have a good company I can depend on to take care of my HVAC needs. 1-5 rating with 5 being the best I give them a 10!!
I do not recommend this company for the following reasons:The technicians do not know how to diagnose A/C systems and repair accordingly. Instead the 1st problem they find they recommend fixing it or replacing the system. You pay, and then another problem pops up. Basic things like an acid wash or checking for leaks aren’t things that they know how to do. You won’t get a return call from management. You are better off calling another company. Because if you hire them, you’ll need to hire another company to come behind them to check their work and actually diagnose the problem. Working with them is a waste of money.
Premier Comfort HVAC had been our service providers for five years at both our home and office. They do annual maintenance and have replaced units. They do great work at a good comparable price, and are always professional and polite. I highly recommend them.
Had a service done by Austin. He showed up in a timely fashion and even called to let us know he was on his way. He was extremely good about explaining our problem and then fixing it with no issue. We highly recommend!
Had several other HVAC companies come out to try to fix the rattling in the AC unit. It wasn’t until Premier finally sent out their technician, if I remember correctly his name was Austin to fix it. In the heat of summer, it has never been better! Not to mention my power bill has decreased tremendously!
My story is similar to another post on here (if you are curious it was posted 2 months prior to this one) so be assured my issues are not a one off.My a/c was replaced in November of 2020, so at the time of the issue the a/c had only been used about 5 months (natural gas heating).At the beginning of August 2021, I saw a large water stain on the ceiling of my son's room. I knew the attic air handler was above so I cut the power and went into the attic. Water was dripping outside of the emergency pan onto the attic floor and dripping into the insulation causing the ceiling damage. I documented everything with pictures and video and called Premier Comfort Services and next morning. They sent a technician out the following day. When the technician arrived, he was professional and courteous. He assessed the situation and told me since the unit was set up in the Fall, it was not charged for summer conditions causing the unit to "back pull". He put refrigerant into the unit and said it should not leak anymore. I asked if they or carrier would cover the ceiling damage and he said he was unaware there was any damage. He then took photos and advised his bosses would determine that. He left and I placed a tub under the duct that had been leaking just in case. About 30 minutes later the technician left a voicemail advising the drains outside of my house had mud in them so he cut them.After two days with no contact, I called Premier Comfort Services and was told the damage would not be covered because the clogged drain caused the overflowing pan and drip. I advised the pan I could see was not near full and the drain lines always expelled water. The person advised the owner would call to explain.After two days with no contact, I called Premier Comfort Services and the owner called me right back and explained the emergency pan on the outside was not the overflowing pan. He said the pan on the inside was overflowing causing the unit to leak out of the "plenum" onto the wood and insulation. He said it was my responsibility to have the unit inspected every 6 months to make sure the drain line is not clogged. He said his company does not do attic installations where the air handler has to lay down (which is how my unit has to be because of the placement in the attic). I asked why the emergency pan was so small it did not cover this area that could leak. He said the code requirement is that the unit itself has to be covered by the emergency pan. I expressed my concern about the unit and advised this same problem could present itself and damage my house again. He said they were not local so they could not assist but to have a local company inspect the unit every 6 months. We ended the call here because I had no confidence that this company would help with what seemed like a ticking time bomb in my attic.My issues are as follows:1) Why was I told by the technician that the cause of the leak was the unit not be charged for summer, but the issue changed after the technician found out I wanted to claim damages?2) The owner advised they do not install air handlers that have to lay down, like mine. Why did they do it at my house? Why did they not advise of potential issues?3) Why is my only option to keep this from happening again having the drains inspected every 6 months, but my a/c had only been used for 5 months?This company did they minimum amount of work required. Then when issues arose, they did not stand behind their work product. Please be cautious. *Please read the response from the company. Proof they know of issues with air handlers that lay down. >>NO EXPLANATION FOR WHY THEY DO NOT ADVISE CUSTOMERS OF POTENTIAL ISSUES OR FIXES FOR THE ISSUES AFTERWARD<< I had another company level the air handler, install a much larger emergency pan and put a pan float switch for the interior pan. All things I would have liked to do prior to this happening.*While you didn't have to tell me about the potential issues, just like you didn't have to install a larger emergency pan because of "code", any reputable business would have.
Overall, I left three stars because its a company not too dissimilar from other contractors out there who work fast, dont value their customers time, make simple install mistakes which cause severe damage to the property (house walls etc). The drip pan was not leveled accurately when installed. Thus the switch/trigger that automatically cuts off the system if there is water filling the pan was never triggered (it was on the highest corner... Water drained from the lowest corner on opposite of pan that should have been checked for levelness before choosing a location for the switch).Then it was a hassle dealing with them to come out and deal with the issue. We had to ultimately hire a different company to give us the truth because, naturally, Premier Comfort doesnt want to admit error or faulty installation because then they'd be liable for the extensive damage the attic placed system caused by dripping water all through the ceiling and walls in the hall underneath the attic space.Basically, they messed up. Then refused to admit it. And vanished on us.
Alan Browning was awesome! Ask for him by name! He was both professional and knowledgeable. He worked out in the freezing cold and got our heating working once again. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Great company that you can count on.Serviced old GEO system since we bought our home.Home inspections company knew little about Geothermal systems.Really sad on this which is so important.Didn't know much about GEO myself and all went well.Didn't spend much on service. Became a ESP customer (service contract customer) and on what went bad they give you a great price on parts.Their Guys are great, well trained, polite, and everything really you should expect.The owners Son in-law knows hows to service and take a customers info to sales and make it good when their salesman fell down. He really did.On a customer who does research like I do,,,they came back and gave a great price on what a new system should cost.Install was great and we are taken care of.This is a great company people.I'm posting this to assure you and it does deserve recognition!Would consider myself a pretty tough customer holding to high standards with really competitive cost oversight.
Premiere was recommended to me by my neighbor when we needed to replace our downstairs HVAC unit but also install a Mini split system for our sunroom. I have been using Premier Comfort to service my HVAC system for several years now and am very pleased with their level of service and value for my money. I usually have the same technician (at least I have for the last 2+ years) which is nice and better than seeing a new person each visit. They do my spring and fall maintenance and when I have needed them for emergencies they are very fast to respond. I would definitely recommend this company!

Had a problem with my drain pan filling up. Called Premier Comfort Service at 8am. Got a callback 8:20 discussed my concerns received a 12-2pm service window. John arrived 12:20 fixed the problem in 30min. Great service and received a service agreement for two more visits at great price!!. Great job Premier, I definitely recommend if you have any AC or heating concerns.

I would give them more stars if possible. My air stopped working, the company that installed it was unavailable and I knew the weather was going to get back hot. I looked online for someone local & Premier Comfort reviews were good. I called and she scheduled someone to come out within 2 hours.John Hayes was my tech and he had my air cool within 30 minutes. He had a great attitude and was very pleasant when explaining what was wrong. I will definitely call them again should I need any HVAC work.
